Life Point offers many options for Getting Connected and we invite you to take advantage of them. In addition to our weekend services, there are a number of small groups/activites that run weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. | Nonquon – As part of an ongoing outreach to the people in the area bordered by Simcoe Street, Taunton Road, Ritson Road and Beatrice Street, the Nonquon teams support various free events throughout the year like Thanksgiving Dinner, Harvest Party, Christmas Dinner and Free Christmas Shopping, New Year’s Party, Camps, bbqs and free give-away-days. | Men's Breakfast – Once a month on a Saturday morning a men's breakfast is held. it is a great opportunity for men to gather for food, encouragement and often times a special guest presentation on a topic related to men's insterests. | Marriage Care – A six week series for couples that is based around an evening meal. It is led by Dr. Dave and Cheryl Fowler. Dave is the senior pastor of Life Point and has graduate degrees in clinical counseling, adult education and philosophy. Cheryl has a degree in social development studies and a master's degree in Education. She is an elementary school principal of one of the largest elementary schools in Ontario. They have been married for 32 years and together they have three adult children. They facilitate discussions in the areas of communication, problem solving, boundaries, finances, parenting and goal setting. Contact Dave Fowler 905 686-0641 |
| Dive Night – Our Dive Night program is a youth led and driven Bible Study and worship time. Those attending stretch from High School to Young Adults. The youth have covered topics such as “My heart, Christ’s home”, Bible book studies, issues in theology and other topics of interest to the group. The goal of the group is to “Dive deeper” into God’s Word and discover what it means for them and their lives. Contact Jefferson Fowler 289 200 4840 |
