Anything for junior high aged youth?
Our junior youth group is a great place where you can hang out with other teens. We have awesome games, special events and amazing overnight retreats. Our group leaders use songs and games to help us better understand the story of Jesus. Spending time every Friday night with other teens helps you on your journey to god. Let us spend time with you, as we go through life together. --Jefferson
Do you use the Bible?
Our foundation of belief is the Bible. We believe it to be God's message to humanity. It is completely true and trustworthy. Some passages require careful interpretation, but the central messages of the Bible are clear.
What is there for senior high teens?
Thirst (high school program) is a great place for meeting new friends, making long lasting relationships and being with people who really care. It's a time of gathering that helps us all to become closer with God and each other and to know ourselves better. Join us for small groups, intense worship, real testimonies, media presentations and retreats that give you a real look at where you're going with others, yourself and God. --Aurora
Are you aligned with any specific denomination?
Yes, Life Point partners with three denominations. Our Clarington location is connected with the Christian and Missionary Alliance as well as the Mennonite Brethren Conference while our Oshawa location is connected with the Baptist Convention of Ontario and Quebec. The program is similar in both locations and one pastoral team oversees all locations. --Pastor Dave
