Introductory information for “Let’s Talk About It”.
Let’s talk about it is our approach to difficult, painful and at times controversial issues in our culture. We look at topics that have at times impacted our lives and the lives of those around us. Some issues we will consider seem at times to have more questions than answers. Some cause us to struggle and feel uncomfortable….but the only way to deal with them is to, “talk about it”. Our approach to dealing with these issues will be to look at as many relevant factors as possible and to consider the implications of various positions. While we believe that the Bible is our starting point and foundation for life, applying it to challenging topics is not always easy. Media, discussion, reflections on research, interviews, music videos and other participatory elements will help you enter into the discussion so that we can…talk about it.
